Carlos Guardado brings more than 20 years of manufacturing, research and development and innovation experience to the table. His leadership, creativity and inventiveness at FoilFlex have been key to our success as a company. Carlos has been with FoilFlex from the start of the business 12 years ago and is an invaluable member of our Management Team. As our Plant Manager, he leads our Press, QC, Ink and Warehouse teams, however, the entire FoilFlex Staff relies on Carlos' expertise and experience.

Carlos' skills in graphics, engineering, printing and mechanics come together to support our core skills and values at FoilFlex.

Bleys Lieuallen began at FoilFlex in our Ink Lab and quickly moved on to become our Production Manager and take on accounts. As FoilFlex General Manager, Bleys is responsible for all planning, operations, and production. With a degree in Art and many years in the printing and packaging industry, Bleys brings many levels of knowledge and experience to the team. As our General Manager, he leads the Customer Service and Art teams and production staff to create the highest quaity product, build new projects from start to finish and ensure our customers are satisfied with each and every job.

The FoilFlex staff is tight knit group of highly skilled individuals that is more like a family than a group of employees. Many have been with FoilFlex from the beginning. Since we opened our doors in 2004 we have been an innovator in our industry. This innovative approach is only possible because of our staff and their entrepreneurial mindset. FoilFlex is a lean manufacturer where everyone is cross trained in many areas so we can be flexible and agile.
