One-Step Transfer Concept (TM)
Our new process simplifies packaging and label operations while reducing costs.
Our One-Step Transfer Concept(TM) is a combination of 8-color printing, holography and metalization in one stable layer that can be married to paper and plastic bases at a higher throughput than the traditional sheetfed operation. This process allows clients to replace costly inventories of holographic stock with less expensive, more readily available white stocks while simplifying the number of time-consuming operations.

An example
You have an opportunity to quote a blister card. 6 colors on one side and 7 colors on the other and you have an 8-color press. What are the options? You could run it through your press twice--- but it doubles your press time, that runs up costs and cuts into your margin. If you pass that cost on that price you out of the job. What if you print one side and use OSTC for the other? Less time on press than the first solution, lower costs, and puts you back in the running.
